When you plug these cords in a portion of the charging port on your phone will not be used. Lower priced cords you see elsewhere use much lower grade copper inside and are not manufactured to Samsung spec even though they claim to be original Samsung (they are not), this will lead to slower charging speeds and disconnection problems shortly after you start using them.
